TV go app fails login

Virgin TV Go app does not accept my main account credentials so I can’t login

The main my virginmedia site does recognise the same credentials as being the main user account.

tried resetting the credentials through the TV go app and through the main my virginmedia app. it still doesn’t work, just like all the others have been posting regarding this issue.

Hello I am having exactly the same problem.  Can’t login to VM Go with my Primary account.  I can log in to my email and other VM apps OK. 

I would be more than happy if a member of the VM team could  PM me please to help sort it out.

(please note my email address for this forum is different than my primary virgin media account. I will supply that detail via the PM).

Having reviewed many forum posts, It appears lots of people have this problem but getting it fixed is not something the subscriber can do themselves.
seems to require someone on the inside to reset something on the tv go system.

Yes it looks that way.  Let us hope the VM team can us help soon. They are usually very helpful.

I too am having this problem on comp. Telling me that I cant sign in with a sub account when im not its my main account. Still works for the sky sports on the app but none of virgins channels. C'mon virgin, pull finger....basic errors like this shouldn't be happening. A similar post said someone in their Team 2 needs to merge account passwords or something for it to be fixed but hey ho thats easier said than done.....
