Since moving house and getting the 360 box my TV control app hasn't worked I just get an error message
'you have signed in successfully, but no valid TV account can be found' ive tried absolutely everything but having no luck. This has been going on almost a month now.

When you have TV360, all the control functions are carried out within the TV-Go app. If you no longer have a TiVo or V6, you can uninstall TV-Control.

I am sorry that the TV control app is not working.
Have you tried the advice from @japitts about uninstalling the TV control?
