TV Go

Hi,

In both the app and in a browser I’m getting the ‘Oops, that han’t worked! Sign in is not possible’ error message.  Was all working fine two days ago.  Tried reinstalling the app and used a range of different web browsers.  Any help would be appreciated.

Welcome to the community and thank you for your post. Apologies for the delay in response, we've been very busy and doing all we can to get to each customer ASAP. Thanks for your patience. 

 

Sorry to hear about the TV Go issues and that re-installing the App hasn't helped. I'll pop you a private message now so that we can pass security and I can try and reset it from this side.
