Trying to watch TV Go via laptop and through website and it stops every 2-3 minutes and says cannot play this it the moment any ideas?

Is your laptop connected to your home network via ethernet or WiFi? If you're connected via WiFi, are you able to check how the app behaves when connected via ethernet cable?
Do you also have any other devices that you watch TV GO on that share similar issues?
