Is there a date for fix of device limit fault. 2 months now. Has it been abandoned. Only got it for BT Sports. Might just as well leave Virgin and get all my services, Broadband, Mobile, TV, Landline from BT. Bet they will answer the phone

Hi Chutch1945, this is not a fault and the device limit is set as only 5 devices can be used, if you need this resetting then please let is know. Chris

It was actually a locally recorded fault which has at last been rectified. Just took soooo long.
