Is there any change with this since your post on Sunday?
Can you elaborate on where you're getting the error message? Are you trying to watch Live TV or On Demand?
Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app?
Still no change.
it is on two iPads.
Did you try to uninstall and reinstall the app as Alex advised?
Also, can we please confirm if this is through the web-browser site as well as the app?
