I have trawled through all these posts from customers having problems recently signing into this and other VM apps. It is now happening to me. I have an ntl email address.
I find that using my sub-account email and password (another ntl email address used by my wife) works for me on both my ipad and iphone devices. So, for some reason has the signing on process been changed/altered mistakenly to only except sub- account details now? Perhaps this is too simplistic a reason.
Either way, what a third-rate company. And don’t get me started on spam. I hardly ever get any spam filtering through from my other providers I use for my mail email use.
I am sorry to understand that you were impacted by this issues. Thankfully we were able to get this raised and investigated earlier this week under reference number F008222462. I am pleased to advise that this was closed as resolved on Tuesday evening.
You should now be able to log into the TVGo as usual 🙂
