TV Go wants to register my device every time i login

Every time i log into Virgin TV go via Microsoft Edge (Version 101.0.1210.39), i have to register my device. I am at 4 now, but only using the same PC device, why is this happening?  and how to resolve?

Check the security settings for your browser for TV Go - if you've got it set to delete cookies or other site data when you closed Edge, then TV Go will see it as a new device next time you go on the site.

What are the alternatives, as I have a setup to clean browsers when logging off?

If you want to keep the rest of your sites working that way, you could try using a dedicated browser for TV Go e.g Firefox that is only used for that site.

I'm very sorry to hear about the issue you've had with your Tv Go service. 

Can you confirm if the advice from BenMcr has been advise to help with resolving this?

Thanks for the response. seems like a temp. fix.
In which case, will tools like CCleaner still remove cookies from Firefox? and cause the same problem?
I would test this myself , but i have 4 devices registered (same PC) and dont want to be locked out.
I still need Virigin media to remove the old ones (unable to use/inactive).

You should be able to set CC Cleaner to ignore some sites when deleting cookies and other data

Just to clarify, are you unable to replace devices through "Device Management" on the TVGo?
