TV Go - unable to sign in on a browser or app

When I try to sign into the TV Go app on a browser or via the app I get the error message "Sign in is currently not possible. Please check back soon".

It has been like this for weeks now.

Just trying to help. We would always ask to make sure we're not trying to diagnose something that may has been resolved since posting, that's all.
