All was okay using Windows App. Then Virgin chose to discontinue use of app and redirects it to a Web-based produc and then the problems started.
At end of October... No Devices left - wait until November...??? Technical problems - engineer working on it. Registered problem waiting for FIX. Not heard anything?
Start of November... New device (again!). Still can't use GO. Then Device :limit reached and I haven't even used ANY yet!!!
10th November (nearly 3 weeks without service). Now I cannot even get through on phone! Waited 50 minutes... no answer. Re phoned and pressed one for (useless) text message with link which never got! Very frustrating.
