the TV go sign in says opps that hasn't worked please sign in with your main user account sub accounts can't sign in ?? I am using the main user account

Sorry to hear of the issues that you've been having with your TV Go login. Have you been able to get this resolved since you last posted?
If not, are you able to log into your online account or any other apps with the same username and password?
Have you recently changed your password to your account?
it's a new account and the sign in works fine for Virgin Media sign in it just won't sign in for TV on the go
Please could you check to see if this works via the browser version of TV go instead of the app? Please could you try to uninstall and reinstall the app, to see if this works.
If the above doesn't work, please could you try to change your password via your online account? Hopefully this will refresh your account and get you back in to TV go.
I have tried signing in with the GoTV browser and still the same I changed My password and still getting the same when I try to log in it says (Please sign in with your main user account. Sub-accounts cannot sign in)

We had an issue over the last few days and this seems to have been resolved, please could you check and see if this has worked for you.
