TV Go - sign in not available

Hi,

for the last 3-4 months I have been trying to sign in to Virgin Go app but each time it says ‘Sorry, this isn’t available, try again in a few minutes....’. I have tried numerous times on the same day , next day, next week etc. Still the same message. Last time I could sign in was last Christmas. I have tried deleting app then re install, turn my iPhone off/on, data is on, location enabled.

Please can anyone help?

Thank you for getting in touch, and welcome to the Community Forum! I'm sorry that you're having this problem with the TVGo app.

 

Have you been able to access TVGo on any other devices? Could you please provide a screenshot of the error message so that I can look into this further for you?

Thanks for getting back to me. I have tried the app on my iPad and I get the same result.
