TV Go says I need to upgrade

New Virgin customer, can I use TV Go before installation ? I've tried but it's saying I need to upgrade my package. I've already subscribed to the ultimate oomph package. I don't get installed until Saturday. Can anyone help please ?

I have been a customer for a week and I still cannot get it to work! I've logged a issue in this forum, but not had any responses yet.
