TV-Go registered devices

Hi,

Having signed up to an "improved" TV package I have been sent 2 new V6 boxes that both don't work and need an engineer to fix so I thought I'd try the Virgin TV Go App and use that to watch the new channels I signed up to. 

However when I try this I receive a message saying I've exceeded the 5 devices allowed when I check how many devices I have registered it says I have 2 registered.

How do I fix this?
