TV Go on iOS 14.5

Hi,

If you're downloading iOS 14.5 you'll need to ensure your TV Go app is fully updated, only the latest version of the app will work on your iOS device once updated.

If you're planning to update to iOS 14.5, please update the app as soon as possible for an uninterrupted TV Go viewing experience.

I constantly get the message I'm not on the same home network but I am ive tried deleting and reinstalling the app from apple App Store but still can't watch recordings on the tv go app it worked fine up until two weeks ago

Can I ask if you are able to go to Settings > Privacy >Enable TV Go?

On my iPhone that was already toggled on on the privacy local network menu

Thank you for letting me know @Oconnell123. Unfortunately this is a known issue and we are currently trying to have this fixed with our technical teams.

Hi

any update on when this is going to be fixed yet, it’s been over 3 weeks since it stopped working for me, it’s obviously when update 4.31 came out for the 360 boxes that it stopped working, any sign of a software update to fix it ?

Sorry that you're having some issues with your TVGO service; I can see that you have a few threads ongoing about this particular issue. We do request as per our House Rules not to post the same issue multiple times as this can cause duplication and confusion.

Pity it doesn’t cause a reply though, I’ve had this issue for 3 weeks + and I’ve no repossessed to any of my messages about what’s happening or when to expect a fix for this
