Re: TV Go on Windows 10 laptop

I have just tried to watch live TV on my Windows 10 pc and it’s still not working.

I have tried it on different browsers, google chrome and MS Edge.

The programme starts but after first frame I receive message “Sorry- this isn’t available, sorry we can’t play this at the moment“

I have tried different programmes and channels

Re: TV Go on Windows 10 laptop

I haven't been able to use the app on windows 10 for about 2 months.  Today I received an email telling me of all the wonderful things the app can do, so I thought I'd try and install it.  Once again it is not available from the windows store!!!!!  I cant even use it through the website as it will not allow me to login.  I am not happt as I have missed a ton of euro football 😞

Re: TV Go on Windows 10 laptop

The app from the Microsoft Store has been discontinued.

All Windows computers need to use the TV Go website via a supported browser.

Re: TV Go on Windows 10 laptop

Don’t bother TV go will not work via any browser. it was supposed to be fixed 26 Oct but still not working.

Do any of Virgin’s support team actually try these things before posting?

Re: TV Go on Windows 10 laptop

Sorry to hear that you're still having issues with the TV go app via your browsers.

Would you be able to start a programme and log out and back in, when you get the error message, I had the exact same problem last week and this worked to solve it. I hope that this will work for you but if not, please could you also clear the cache from all of your browsers, to see if this can stop the issue.

Regards

Re: TV Go on Windows 10 laptop

Steven,

I followed your advice of logging out and back in again and also cleared cache but still not working.
