I am sorry to hear you have been having issues I have checked and there is an issue with TVGO services the reference for this is F008522193 and the estimated fix date is 26th October please let us know if you are still having issues after the fix date
I haven't been able to use the app on windows 10 for about 2 months. Today I received an email telling me of all the wonderful things the app can do, so I thought I'd try and install it. Once again it is not available from the windows store!!!!! I cant even use it through the website as it will not allow me to login. I am not happt as I have missed a ton of euro football 😞
Sorry to hear that you're still having issues with the TV go app via your browsers.
Would you be able to start a programme and log out and back in, when you get the error message, I had the exact same problem last week and this worked to solve it. I hope that this will work for you but if not, please could you also clear the cache from all of your browsers, to see if this can stop the issue.
