TV Go not working for over a week. It says oops error please try again in a few minutes. I’ve tried rebooting the tv box and turning my iPad off. Thanks for any help

How is it going at the moment with the TV go app?
Have you tried to uninstall and reinstall the app?
Are you able to access the app via the browser version?
