TV Go not playing recordings on laptop nor iphone

I cannot watch recordings from my 360 box on my iphone or my laptop. I have read all the posts but not being technically minded cant figure out what to do. All worked well previously when I was using TIVO

Many apologies for the issues faced, just to clarify are no devices working at all?

Also have you tried to re-register any of the devices?
