Suddenly stopped working on my iPhone 6S, IOS v13.7. Seems like this is a common problem but I don't see a solution posted by VM??
Can see all the channels working behind the 'unavailable just now' message - really frustrating..
VM - do you have a solution or can you confirm this is a recognised fault you are working on?

I'm sorry you're unable to use your TV Go App on your iPhone. Can I ask if you're on the most up to date software for your handset?
I included my iOS version in my initial post.
Since then the app is working again on my phone but the same problem now affecting my iPad (running latest software).
Is there a device management issue here?
Are you getting any sort of message or error message?
