I can log in to the TV Go app but it is telling me I need to upgrade my tv package to watch anything. I am on full house so not sure what to do. I can’t seem to get through on the phone to resolve this. Any help greatly appreciated
What is your setup and what device are you attempting to watch the TV Go stream on? This is a commonly reported bug here and clearly indicates a problem on VMs side as there's no way you could upgrade, even if you wanted to.
Exact same problem. Were on the full house package and tonight the on demand service says I need to upgrade to watch the shows. It' frustrating at times with the amount we pay for virgin and the often poor performance of the services
