Presumably no update then?

Everyone says they'll come back to me yet since May there's been no progress regarding my issue. Am I the only one unable to access this service?

I am so sorry that we haven't gotten back to you with an update. I have just checked the ticket for you now and the team are struggling to find the issue and so require some more information.

 

I'm going to pop you over a PM now so I can take some more details.
