It's now over 2 months since I reported this problem and I'm no further forward than I was on 27th May. I've responded to all your questions but I've still no idea what is happening?

Thanks @fletch1, I'm really sorry for the frustration caused. I understand it is not ideal that you have been waiting for this issue to be resolved since May.
I have chased for an update from the IT team regarding the issue and will let you know as soon as we have more information.

With respect that's what you've been saying for ages. Everytime I ask, you say you'll update me but nothing actually happens!
