I use my log in details for the official VM site to get onto the VM Community. Then it works. When I use the same details for the TV Go it becomes Oops! SUBACCOUNT!!!??? It's clear that this is a deliberate attempt by VM to mislead paying customers. Be honest and accept that the app doesn't work. Don't abuse customers by giving them irrelevant information and advice. Apologize and take down the app until it has been fixed.
