TV Go is a bad joke!i

I use my log in details for the official VM site to get onto the VM Community. Then it works. When I use the same details for the TV Go it becomes Oops! SUBACCOUNT!!!??? It's clear that this is a deliberate attempt by VM to mislead paying customers. Be honest and accept that the app doesn't work. Don't abuse customers by giving them irrelevant information and advice. Apologize and take down the app until it has been fixed.

Thanks for the post, we just need to go through some tests with you in regards to this.

 

-Have you already attempted to uninstall and reinstall the app? 

-Can you log into your My Virgin Media account/app using the same information with no issue? 

-What devices are you using when this is showing the error message?

I think if I have to read the VM response to this again I will cry...  you must have enough data to know by know it is not working......  the next bit is you fix it.......😀

Our apologies for any frustration caused with this. We were aware of an issue with Tv Go. 

 

We have now been advised this has been resolved. Can you confirm if you're continuing to have any issues?
