I’ve had this issue for a fair while now, but with us now being stuck at home, it’s becoming more of a pain as not easy to give space to someone working & disappear into another room.
unlike some of the error calls on here, I can sign into the TVGo App & the website url no problem at all. However using the website, I get a message saying ‘we can’t get a list of your channels at the moment’ & the app says ‘call to upgrade’. I’m on a full package so there should be no issue with this aspect.
i did ring Virgin a while ago but they couldn’t work out what the issue was & said they’d raise a support call, but I’ve heard nothing more. Does anyone else have the same issue or know a fix to it please? Also, does anyone know if it’s possible to publicly search through the open support calls ?
