Have you registered for TVGO?

TVGO is available to Stream subscribers.

I have downloaded the app and tried to sign in. It lets me sign in but that’s about it. Do I need to do something first?

It’s working now I have gone back into the app. Maybe just needed a bit of time…

If it's just  a new install then yes it may have taken a little time to be linked into the systems.
