We are working to get this resolved as soon as possible.

Pretty shoddy in my opinion. I am having this error on my laptop, I haven't changed regions and it works fine on the family's tabs. Please can we get an update as I would like to use the service on my laptop.

I use this on my apple ipad but it's still not working. No update available on app store. Says not available at this time.
