Hi,

We're aware some customers may experience problems changing devices within our TV Go app at present.

Our app team are aware and we're currently working to resolve the issue.

We apologise for any convenience caused, we'll let you know once we have any further updates.

Issue with Registered Devices

Hi all,

Hope someone can help, we have been locked out of TV go for the past 2/3 weeks, which I put down to multiple registered devices due to deleting cookies, we have not logged in for a number of weeks since checking that we could not update existing register devices until March. We'll today is March and it now states we cannot change devices for 30 days, anyone know why?

Thanks

Re: TV Go device registration

This is applicable to android and ios devices. I'm trying to use the browser on my Windows 10 laptop.

Re: TV Go device registration

Don't get youyr hopes up. I've been trying since Friday to get my device changed using both Win10 on Chrome and also on Bing. The device registration problem is still evident on PC/browser platforms so the statement by Virgin about it being confined to Anroid and IOs systems is wrong

It is the registration system itself that is the issue, not the devices. There are also issues with the Sky Sports & Sky Cinema apps. Be aware that seperate browsers are treated as seperate devices.
