I am having issues with the TV Go App running on my Laptop where all my registered devices get used up so I can no longer use TV Go on the laptop. I pay for a premiun package and expect it to work properly.
Approximately when did the problem start?
The model and version/OS of the device and browser causing this issue
Dell XPS 15 Laptop, windows 10, I'm using the Virgin TV Go App (my browser is Google Chrome which I have in Incognito mode)
Do you manually clear cache/cookies or have a program that does this after each session?
Does it happen more than 3 times per month? (Meaning you need our help to get additional reset slots)
Happens constantly since I started using the TV Go App this weekend
