Im having issues with Virgin tv go on my chrome browser. I have reached the maximum devices allowed but i have only been using my PC? Can you please reset this?
For some reason I cannot access my account so i had to create a new one.
Can someone please assist me with device reset please?

I am sorry to hear that you have had some issues with your TVGO.
When you watch the TVGO is this always via the same browser? This some times can cause the device to register it as a new device.
Yes it's the same browser.
