I recently updated the app on my ipad, MacBook and samsung mobile device as instructed to do so. When I logged in on my mobile, it was fine and my device was registered . I then tried accessing from my MacBook, the app said the device needed to be registered, I tried doing this but it didn’t seem to work. An error message came up asking me to try again. I did this a few times but it doesn’t seem to work. When I now look on my mobile, it shows that my MacBook is registered 4 times and I can’t watch any services on it and am not able to register my iPad as all the slots are now taken and can’t be changed for 23 days. How can I correct this?
