TV Go device limit

I recently updated the app on my ipad, MacBook and samsung mobile device as instructed to do so. When I logged in on my mobile, it was fine and my device was registered . I then tried accessing from my MacBook, the app said the device needed to be registered, I tried doing this but it didn’t seem to work. An error message came up asking me to try again. I did this a few times but it doesn’t seem to work. When I now look on my mobile, it shows that my MacBook is registered 4 times and I can’t watch any services on it and am not able to register my iPad as all the slots are now taken and can’t be changed for 23 days. How can I correct this?

Really sorry you're having some issues with TV GO, this isn't good. 

 

I'd also like to apologise for the delay in replying, we have been busier than usual. 

We can certainly have a look at resetting the devices from here if it's still an issue. I'll pop you a personal message now and grab some details.

I'm very sorry to hear about this problem you're experiencing on our TV Go app.

Please can you confirm which web browser and version you use on your MacBook to access TV GO?

I am using Google Chrome Version 87.0.4280.88 (Official Build) (x86_64).
