TV Go device limit reached - please reset thank you

I only have 3 devices - all registered; the app will not recognise any of them - it says I cannot reset until 1-12-20

Thanks for your post and welcome to our community. 

Really sorry for the delay in getting in touch, we have been busier than usual.

I'm also sorry you've had some issues with the TV Go service, this isn't good. 

Has this been sorted since your post? 

If not then please reply to the message I'm sending now and I can reset them from here.
