TV Go device limit has been reached.

Hi on my TV Go it is showing my computer 4 times and saying my device limit has been reached. I cannot replace anything til 1 3 2021. I haven't registered my computer 4 times and have not used my swap options, so I don't know why this is. I have looked for a way of resetting but there doesn't appear to be a way of doing this. Can someone help as I'm missing a lot of football on BT Sport.

Sorry to see you've been having issues with the device management on the TV Go account

 

Can you tell me if you've been able to simply try watching content on the device you're seeking to register?

 

You may be able to watch the content on the device and then replace one of the devices you wish to remove or any duplicated devices that are showing on your account
