It's doing it via a browser. Not an App. See details above. It's all browsers I have access to. I have tried three so far and hence I will also want my device list resetting as I've reached the maximum of five devices.
So in summary i am accessing TV via:
https://virgintvgo.virginmedia.com/en/movies-and-series/discover.html. If I wanted to watch on a tiny screen i wouldn't have bought a 43" 4K monitor. All channels and programmes on box sets/catch up are showing an 'upgrade' button rather than the 'play' button. I can watch streaming as normal. The TiVo does not have this issue it's just via the above url which i am used to using. I have an account with Maxit TV, sky sports and film. My internet is fine. I can't think of anything else. If you DM me I can provide my account details, verification etc.
I repeat that I will also want my device list resetting as I've reached the maximum of five devices.
