TV Go access

Hi when I try to sign into TV Go Get told there's a problem and sub accounts cannot sign in.  I am satisfied I am using my main account details.  I can access my main account, Sky Cinema, Sky Sports and TV Control but cannot access TV Go or the connect app.

I'm sorry you're not able to sign in to your TVGO account at the moment, thankyou for confirming you're using your main account details. 

 

Can you also confirm if you've rebooted your TV box, as well as uninstalling and reinstalling the app?

Hi. Thanks for reply. I did see a notice from Virgin saying it was a known problem being looked into. I’ve tried again and I am now able to get in. Thanks.
