I can get Sky Sports on my phone but I had to reregister following some changes???
Cant get it on my laptop - message says its not available in this territory error code OVP_00013

Can you please advise me what browser you're using?
Have you been able to try an alternative browser and/or cleared the cache on the browser you're using?
Have you experienced any issues using the Virgin TV Go log in details?
This can sometimes happen if you are using a VPN.
Also if the time and/or date is incorrect.
Have you tried the Sky Sports on a different browser on your laptop?
