TV Go Sign in not working (again)

Hi,

TV Go sign in has not been working for a month now. I can occasionally sign in, but get no channels when I do get in.

I have tried on multiple devices, removed and reinstalled multiple apps. Reset passwords.

Tried calling but sat on the phone for 2 hours with no answer. Tweeted and was told to contact the text team, no response. Sent a complaint over a week ago and still no response to that. 

 

It is about the third time this has happened with this useless app, I've managed to call and get it fixed before, but both times had to speak to three seperate people before they understood the issue. Getting pretty annoyed now, especially as I got my bill this morning for the usual extortionate price.

I'm a patient man, but really getting to a tipping point now.

Help me!!

Sorry to hear about the issues you've been having. When you advise that TV go isn't working, in which capacity. Could you expand please?
