We have not needed to watch TV on our laptops for some time - except for last Saturday when both devices stated that we had reached our limit (of 5 devices) and nothing could be changed for 23 days. When I looked at the Device List is listed 5 devices that I had never even heard of and these could not be reset. I have seen on the Forum a number of users having this issue but not been able to see a resolution. Please can someone offer some advice - how do you clear out the list of 5 devices so that I can genuinely put the two devices that we would wish to use!

We've recently made some changes to the process around device allowance and management, we have today reset the device allowance and would appreciate it if you could monitor this going forward and let us know if the issue is still happening?
