TV Go - Not Available message

Hello,

My Virgin TV Go app is not allowing me to watch live TV. It’s says “Not Available - Sorry we can’t play this at the moment”

It works fine on any other device.

I have deleted the app and reinstalled. I have installed the latest software on my phone and the app.

I have deleted cookies and ensured that Virgin is a trusted site.

No channels are working. Can someone please help.

* The only device that is having issue is my iPhone. All other devices are working fine*

I am sorry to hear that you are having some issues with your TVGO. 

 

Are you able to let me know the model of the iPhone? do you get the error message when watch all channels?

Hi Zak,

im using an iPhone 11, and yes I am unable to watch any channel except the ones that use 3rd party apps (e.g. sky sports).

The problem persists whether I use mobile data or wifi.
