TV Go - No channels available

I either can't log in or I get told to upgrade my package (for all channels). Can someone please look into this?

Either Can't Sign in or Told to Upgrade my Package

Trying again, in the hope someone might respond:

I either can't log in or I get told to upgrade my package (for all channels). Can someone please look into this?

Can you please confirm if you're trying to sign into the Connect App?

 

Are you using your My Virgin Media details? 

 

Are you having this issue on all channels or just some?

Hello Alex, thanks for responding.  It is the TV Go app which either won't sign me in, or if it does sign me in it says that there are no channels available at all and I should click on settings to upgrade.

I am using the same details as I have been successfully for many years, the main user (me) email address and password.

Appreciate you've already done this previously, 

 

But can you please uninstall and reinstall the app again, aswell as clearing your cache and cookies

I have tried clearing cookies, etc and uninstalling and then reinstalling the app again, but am still getting the same result - no channels are available and I need to upgrade.

I have tried on both a different Android device and also on a Windows 10 laptop, unfortunately with exactly the same results.
