TV Go Maximum Devices Reached

Seem to be having similar problem to others as every time I try to watch live tv I receive message that maximum number of devices reached an need to replace an existing device.  Only started receiving this message yesterday and after 3 attempts to replace was advised maximum number of changes had been reached and could not register a new device again until 1st October - fortunately only one day or so I thought.  Tried again this morning and did not accept registration of new device.  Thought may be a problem with this pc so tried to access via my Samsung tablet but same problem.  Did not want to waste my allowance of 3 changes and be without TV for a month as I am cur.  How can I resolve this problem?  All I really want currently  are two devices connected - this PC and my tablet as I am holiday away from home.

I'm getting the exact same problem. Why isn't there a remove button?

same here.....come on VM.... say something.....looks like we all have same problem,  whats your IT team

saying.....if you can say they are working the problem, it will stop us all posting the same fault. Be proactive

and advise your paying customers an end date to this issue.

Still no response from VM - read on another thread that this was fixed but no joy when I attempted to log on - only one more attempt available this month - do not want to waste it!

Well, sent a private message and was told this mailbox is primarily used by moderators and told to post a thread to the community and someone would respond.- fell like I am going round in circles.

Has anybody successfully resolved this problem.

I have been almost a month without access to TV but am sure a refund is highly unlikely.

I have found a fix but my post was buried on page 4. I have artificially "replied" to it and it is now at the top of page. Under this reply now hopefully.

Have read and give it a try. It's still working for me after a week.

You need your devices reset if you have reached the maximum.
