Hi,

I have a new laptop which I want to register and am trying to login to Virgintv go via Firefox, Edge or Chrome all with the same result.

As soon as I enter the Email address and password and click Sign in I get an error message, "Something Went Wrong. Please try again later". I have tried for the last 3 days and this is happening

BTW, tried to reset password and going through that link also does not work. It says my new password does not follow rules but does not explain what rule I am not adhering to. All in all - Aaarrrrgghhh moment

Hi arunav1305,

Thanks for your post and apologies to hear you're having an issue with logging in to your account via the TV Go website.

As this appears to be a log in issue, can you confirm whether or not you're having the same issues when trying to log in to My VM directly instead?

If that is OK, do you have another device to see if the log in on TV Go is affected there too?

Have you tried the TV Go app to see if you can log in there?

Pop back and let us know so we can help further.

Thanks,

Hi Kath,

I have been able to login to My VM without any issues from the same PC. I have been able to login to VirginTVGO from an Android Phone.  I have tried to login to VirginTVGo from another laptop, and the same error occurs.

Hope this helps.

Hi @arunav1305

Are you using a VPN to access the  MOWI (works) website on your PC and laptop?

If so try turning it off and then try TVGO again.

Hi,

Thank you for your response. No, I am not using VPN to access my work site.

So, this is not a VPN issue

Thanks for coming back to us arunav1305,

You have probably tried this before posting but I just wanted to ask if it had been done. Can we ask if you have cleared all cookies/caches and history on your laptop/s before accessing TVGO.

Also, do you have any blockers on your laptop that could be stopping the TVGO application?

If the above has not fixed the issue, can you tell us the make and model of the laptop/s that are not allowing you access to the TVGO services.

Kind regards Jodi.

Hi,

I have tried clearing cookies and cache data and tried the login. Still the same issue.

The laptop that i am trying to login is a Dell Inspiron 14 7420

Hi @arunav1305

Thanks for joining us on PM.

I have had to raise a ticket for this to the team. There are unfortunatley no timescales as it's a bigger issue. The team would contact you asap. I'll also keep an eye on things for you and report back.

Best wishes,
