If you're trying to use TV Go on Google Chrome and see the 'It is not possible to watch TV in Incognito private browsing mode' message, despite not using incognito mode, please refer to some of the settings below.

This message appears as standard when using incognito mode, but if you aren't using incognito mode it's likely displaying due to your cookie settings.
We've found that the following settings are causing this issue, and we recommend disabling them to enjoy TV Go on your broswer:
You can find these settings in Settings > Privacy and security > Cookies and other site data
- Block all cookies
- Clear cookies and site data when you quit Chrome
These settings need to be disabled for TV Go to work correctly on Google Chrome.
