TV Go - Got up and went!

Tuning in

So I'm trying to watch recordings through TV go on my PC.
I can watch Live TV but not my recordings.
I see a message saying "Want to manage your TiVo or V6 recordings?"

Yes, I do thank you!

Clicking on that link takes me to a page that says "My Tivo Boxes"
There's a box name 'DVR F285' and a X under "connection status".
Now what?

Unless anything has changed recently, you can’t watch recordings on a PC.

That is reserved for mobile devices, phones and tablets, using the Virgin TV Go app if you have a TV 360 or the Virgin TV Control app if you have V6.

Most disappointed.

Been on Sky for 12 years. Often watched Sky GO on my computer. No probs.

I moved over to Virgin very recently. Been having trouble trying to watch my recorded programs [on my computer]. Recorded program just shows 'Watch on TV' button.
Now I know why 😞

Am I regretting moving from Sky TV? Yep. Silly me.
This is merely one of several issues met in the past couple of weeks (although this is by far the least annoying one).
