Can you please reset the TV Go devices on my account?
I've been using the TV Go app until today (1st October 2020) and can no longer do so as I am greeted by the message "This app is no longer available... use virginmedia.com/tvgo". When the web version from Google Chrome I am met with 5 "devices" registered please replace one. I try this and am again met with the same message and still not able to watch anything. I try to replace a second browser device - same message and I select yet another "browser device" followed by the same message. I am now met with "Maximum number of devices reached... you can register a new device on 01-11/2020".
