Help,
I have used all 5 of my TV Go device slots. I’ve just got a new iPad and can’t remove old devices to make space, there is no option to remove. I can remove devices from the sky device list, but these change to not free up space in Virgin.
Any suggestions appreciated.

Under the heading of "How to sign in and register a device on Virgin TV Go", there's a dropdown section entitled "How to replace a registered device".
Have you tried following those three steps specifically?
