I often watch TV Go on an ipad but the app states "Sorry the service isn't available. Try again in a few minutes". However, even when we wait for hours the problem doesn't clear and I've found that the only thing to do is to delete the app and start from scratch. However, over time every time we reinstall the app it creates a duplicate device and now all the device slots are used up. How can we delete the existing devices to get more space back? By the way we have tried device management but the devices are always greyed out and we can't delete anything. Can anybody help please? Many thanks in advance.
