Hi
I am trying to log on to a device I have used previously, so it is registered, but when I am trying to log in now, it is telling me I need to register the device.
Is there a way to clear down all of the registered devices so I can add this one again (even though it's on the list already) and can register my device from scratch? Seemingly I am now blocked for 16 days for too many unsuccessful attempts, even though my device is listed there 3 times but won't let me log on at all.
