It shows I've reached the maximum devices (five) I can have but that's not correct.
I have an iPhone, iPad and Desktop using Google Chrome, so only three.
However, my (five) registered devices are showing as iPhone 8 twice, iPad once and Google Chrome twice.
So the iPhone and Google chrome have doubled up and although the iPhone and iPad are working, the Desktop is not.
It says I can add new devices from 1 October but it won't let me delete one of the unused devices. Could someone from Virgin please get back to me on this.

I have now been able to register my new device so the problem has been solved.
No further action is needed.
