Im trying to watch TV on my PC which is already registered as a device however its saying the device is not registered and I can't change it.
I can see it under Device Management but still can't watch. How do I fix this?
Seems to be no end of problems with device registration for TV Go 😞
Have you recently updated your PC or are you using a different browser? If so, TVGo will think it is a new device and you will need to register it as a new device.
You have 2 changes per calendar month so there should be no issues with removing it and re-adding it. virgintvgo.virginmedia.com
