TV Go- Device Limit Reached

Like many others I am having a device limit issue. I waited until the beginning of November to allow the device limit to reset. However the same issue happened again and I am now blocked out until December. This is very frustrating when I have 3 slots free.

I have rang customer service twice and the issue still has not been resolved. 

Please can I have a device reset.
